Seller has good communication. Very bizarre scenario where I ordered a screen protector, what came was a plain envelope with a screen protector box but it was empty except for a dry and wet wipe, seller denied it was the item however no other screen protector had been ordered. On the app it shows item not yet delivered (3 weeks after ordering). Seller to organise refund. Seller Very professional despite a bizarre situation. Probably should include tracking and signing for items sent in future.

3 glass protectors came in a thin styrofoam pocket, not in the branded box as pictured, and he loses a few stars for this!! i have bent and twisted these glasses quite a bit so i still think they are good quality. otherwise shipping was good, so I recommend the seller. but for later, send the brand in the original, name-branded box as pictured so the customers know what they have bought.

Hi,
Thanks for you feedback. It's all about delivery cost, if we send it in a chunky cardboard box delivery cost would be at least 2.95 (anpost charge) + envelope + printing, etc.. You'll end up paying EUR9 instead of EUR 4.90. Not sure if you'll be happier then :)
If you wish to get original box, please let us know and we'll add this extra cost to purchase, no problem at all.
