  • Talking about.....

I have read this book when i was on holidays in Mauritius. The book was lend to me so after i read it i wanted to have my own copy to read it again. It talks about a guy who has everything (in materials) but not things in his soul that would keep him happy..... He ends up in Himalaya and then after he comes back explains how the Monks train and exercise their soul to be positive, to believe, to be happy, to breath, on how to start your day and be energetic, on how to stop bad habits etc..... For me it's not that really written i mean it's like question answer thing but the meaning and the information that i got out of this book are indescribable.

  • inspiring book

Everyone should read this book-excellent and thought provoking.
