The Broan-NuTone 157 heater has a permanently lubricated motor, which practically makes it maintenance free. For added safety, this Broan ceiling heater has an in-built thermostat that prevents it from overheating. This Broan heater is a breeze to install as It fits into any standard ceiling electrical box.
