  • FUN BOOK- easy reading too

I am a beginning genealogist and I wanted to understand why towns were named Rehoboth- what does that mean? Now I know. This tells you why they have fish KILLS and how the states got their names and how the towns got their names, and the rivers and mountains and you get to watch it turn from the Native American name to the phonetic name, to a name the English understood, or how the English changed the name from French because they were ticked at the French, and so on. It covers all the states. Really interesting and fun read.
