• El comprador dispone de un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales para la devolución del producto desde la recepción del mismo.

• No se aceptarán devoluciones si el producto no se presenta en perfectas condiciones y en el embalaje original en caso de que el producto así lo llevara. Este debe protegerse de forma adecuada para que se reciba en perfecto estado, quedando prohibido el uso de precintos y cintas adhesivas aplicados directamente sobre el.

• Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente siempre que el motivo de la devolución sea un cambio de opinión o un error del comprador.

• Si la referencia de su TV y placa no coincide con las del anuncio el comprador tendrá que asumir los costes de devolución.

• El reembolso de la compra se realizará mediante el mismo método utilizado en el pago del artículo.

• Ante cualquier duda o problema póngase en contacto con nosotros para encontrar una solución.

Condiciones devolución:

1º Indicar motivo por el que se devuelve.

2º Enviar foto de la etiqueta posterior de la TV y de la placa original (que se lean las referencias). Si alguna de las referencias no coincide con la del anuncio tendrá que pagar el cliente los portes de la devolución aunque el cliente considere que el producto falla.

- The buyer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the product from receipt of the same.

Return conditions:
