As far as seller and product goes I can only say excellent. Good communication and product as described. Suggest seller change from Amazon courier service. We tracked item through them, but in final email it states Hermes, so am confused. Item due on Tuesday 25th July. We stayed in, but later were told delivery attempted but was an issue. Delivery to be next day. Not going to be in for 3 days so arranged for neighbour to accept. Clear instructions left with courier. Item left on doorstep!!

At last a garment rack that doesn't fall apart!
I was so fed up having to continually stick the bottom poles back in on my last garment rack that I decided to get a different one. I wasn't expecting much better to tell the truth. But I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I have quite a weight hanging on it with no problems. It's much more sturdy that my last -- at least so far: been using it now a few weeks. Wheels make it easy to move, it can fold together when not in use, and the way it's made at the bottom makes it a huge improvement on my last one! Cloths Rack That will not take the weight
The cloths rack base is firm and strong. the tripod type base is a good idea and the rail is strong chrome tubs with plastic ends all ok up to this point. The roll over clamps that hold the rail up at various hights is not strong enough to take the weight of the cloths added to the rail. when full the clamps give way and the rail slide down.I was lucky to have been replacing an old cloths rack where the base was broken and I able to adapt the old rail to fit the new base. The old rail had holes in so you can adjust the height by screwing in plastic retainers By screwing in a retainer at the height required then sliding the poles in to the base the rail cannot slide down on its own, push the plastic fixed retainers on the base in to the closed position Job done. Fit For Purpose
I had been looking for a suitably adjustable rail for some time when I found this on ebay. I needed it for a cupboard in the attic to build a wardrobe and it is just perfect. It slid in folded and I was able to adjust to an exact height. Great space saver and helps keep the attic rooms tidier. Good value at the price.
