This is by far the most horrible purchasing experience I've had here. As a business owner, I recognise the challenges and give sellers the benefit of doubt, but when service and communication are completely absent, it is necessary to leave negative feedback as a warning to potential buyers.I placed an order for 2 chairs and waited for over 5 weeks for their arrival. After 15 days, the seller assured delivery the following week but with no further updates I was forced to request refund from Ebay
