Item was not new as advertised. It was used, had dust and hair all over it and it was absolutely disgusting.
Seller didn’t even bother to apologise.
Requested a full refund but was only offered a less than 50% partial refund. Requested a full refund a second time and had to wait for the item to be sent back through Royal Mail before I got my money back. Do not use this seller.

I am disappointed with your feedback as i apologised sincerely. It was meant to be listed as used to which i accepted full responsibility. I offered 50% initially because if your were genuinely interested in the product, you could use that money to buy a new filter which would be much more cost effective than buying a new purifier. You rejected that so i gave a full refund. I followed eBay's procedures to wait for the item to return and then offer the refund. Thanks anyways
