When purchasing the item, it was listed as two-day DPD delivery, this is one of the main reasons I purchased it, however, it was shipped with 1 week shipping via Yodel. I suspect this was a 'save a quid' strategy. I did have to return the item due to a technical specification that I wouldn't expect the average person to know and I only found out by contacting Dell. I should have done more due diligence, but the return process with smooth with shipping paid.

Seller advertised silver docks in photo, which is the color I wanted since my remotes are all silver. I ordered four docks and all four I received were black. I emailed the seller and basically got a “sorry, yes I have silver” but no resolution was offered to fix the misrepresentation or sell what I thought I was buying. International shipping took too long to justify a return or exchange had the seller even offered, especially at my own expense.
