The wheel arrived very well packaged in bubble wrap and in a strong good quality box. The wheel was as described and was new. The service was excellent and communication was excellent. This was from a small Ebayer called Pacific-, cycle so I would highly recommend this Ebayer as a 5 star seller. So if you need anything from a bike these are the people to contact.
