Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered.     Brilliant. Very easy to use.

    I like induction hobs. They are quick and easily controllable. I like the fact that it has a timer which some do not. Very impressed with this hob.

    Home accident - needed replacement

    I needed to replace my hob as the glass broke when a heavy object was dropped on it. This replacement was the same model. The item was delivered in mint condition and functioned perfectly.
