"The bracelet broke when I tried to put it on for the first time... Very poor quality."

heya , i try to provide the best service i can and if the item was faulty would have refunded you or provided a new one , however you decided not to contact me and proceed straight to a negative feedback . sizes were provided and these fit my own wrist as a man , while the item was slightly adjustable as i found when i tried one on myself there is a limit to how far you can bend it before it breaks.
