Great chair, easy to assemble and simple to use. I'm not a skinny guy and the chair handles my weight with ease. The vibrate and lumber heat functions work very well and the vibrate has many useful options. The chair may not have so many functions as a chair costing twice as much however the variable recline and riser functions are all I need with this chair, the chair is well made and is good value for the money. Also Bestfurniture07 provide an excellent and prompt service.

Quick delivery, well packaged and exactly as described. Unfortunately the packaging would not fit through my standard doorway and I had to unpackage it into the two items in my garage. I found the weight of each item difficult to handle ( at 87y of age ) and consider it really needs 2- persons to ease assembly - which was simple and straight forward. Cushions are a little on the firm side but it suits my reqirements. The chair will ease my mobility problems and is worthy of consideration.

As described on site, unfortunately it was missing pieces and was damaged on top. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement asap. Very happy with the service received the other within 48hrs. It was obviously packed like that from manufacturers so they wouldn’t have known until unpacked and putting together.

Very impressed with the seller. The original item had a part missing. I contacted them and they replied instantly, stating there was a replacement on the way. Within 48hrs, the replacement item arrived. Would definitely recommend.
The product itself is of cheap quality. But that is expected given the price. This is what I prefer as my child will likely grow out of it in the next 12 months. Again, thank you to the seller. Great customer service.
