Gave positive for item but question shipping. There was no tracking on this envelope but was claimed delivered on the 7th but was not really received till the 9th in my mailbox. Also the shipping was .64 and charged 1.45

I apologize for the issue with shipping. I used the Ebay standard shipping for the first time. Will refund the shipping difference. Not sure about the reason it said it was delivered when it wasn't. Could it have been placed in an incorrect mailbox?
