The item was described as a set of three. However, when it arrived it was a set of one. I contacted the seller and although she doesn’t accept returns she offered to accept a return. I suggested she refund a portion of my money and she refused saying I had already received a good deal. The deal was based on three items not one. I decided to keep the item simply to avoid the hassles of returning it. Customer satisfaction was not a priority.

Yes, the item description should have said the item contains "3 pieces", not a set of 3. This was explained and understood. Buyer wanted a refund of $25 on a $28 item. I refused since I do not give away items for free. The option of a full refund was given and I would also pay the return shipping costs. The offer still stands, but I doubt this will happen since the buyer would prefer to get a free item.
