The item arrived fine but was initially underweight by around 900 gms. I contacted the seller who responded quickly to my message. They apologised for this, accepted responsibility for the mistake and said they would rectify this by sending the out the missing weight of blocks. I received these within a couple of days. Initially I was a bit disappointed that the order was short but I have to say I cannot fault their response afterwards to put things right. I would happily use this seller again.

great item and seller helpful with good comms let down by royal mail yet again who delivered it to the wrong address[same as last time;] and it was delivered by hand by the lady who lives there she found it under her van on her drive ,[tracking said it was delivered to a safe place ] got, there in the end thanks to honest and helpful people.
