The item arrived fine but was initially underweight by around 900 gms. I contacted the seller who responded quickly to my message. They apologised for this, accepted responsibility for the mistake and said they would rectify this by sending the out the missing weight of blocks. I received these within a couple of days. Initially I was a bit disappointed that the order was short but I have to say I cannot fault their response afterwards to put things right. I would happily use this seller again.

Item did not arrive initially the seller reacted to this by sending another straight away. Item did turn up days later in several bags bottle smashed and liquid contents all over the place. Well done royal mail Not. Top marks to seller a credit to eBay. I Will trade again soon.
