Item description did not mention the battery cycle and seller was slow to respond so I purchased not knowing it. Macbook came very well packaged, with charger and cable, it had 11 cycles only, has no defects on the outside and looks brand new. Will recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase used laptops in "like new" condition
