How many days do I have to return my order?
We always strive to ensure you are happy with the overall service and quality of product received from us. However, if you would like to return your new and unused item to receive a refund you may do so within the first 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in full with intact packaging, appropriate labels and literature.
 
How much does it cost to return a product(s)?
The cost to return an item varies depending on the time since purchase, your customer type and the size of the item.
 
There are a few options available:
 
For us to arrange the collection of items under 30kg it can be sent back via standard postage – A collection charge of £15 will apply.
You can return the item yourself using using Parcel2Go.com or https://uk.interparcel.com/.
If by exceptional circumstances your item has arrived damaged, faulty or is the wrong item we will work to have the item returned free of charge. If this is the case please contact our customer service team via eBay messages. Proof of damage will be needed and upon inspection, we will arrange for the item to be collected.
 
How will I get my refund?
Once your refund has been authorised, we aim to have your refund with you as soon as possible or within 1 working day receiving the items. You will be refunded via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s). Once refunded your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time to reach your account can vary from bank to bank.

Unfortunately, we do not process online exchange requests. However, if you contact our customer service representatives they will be happy to talk through the options with you. You can speak to one of our representatives via eBay messages.

This has not been the most pleasant experience for me. The item purchased was not sent as the correct item. My order clearly stated a dragonite tin and I received a Meowth tin. I opened the tin and it had no Pokemon cards. I left a negative review and then started a return. The sellers contacted me and advised the tin was sent to them empty from a factory and they have CCTV of them packaging it and they advised they did not tamper with the product.

Another lover of freebies. You were sent a factory sealed tin of cards, it cannot be repackaged and we don't need it at all for the sake of £10. The buyer didn’t even contact us, but simply immediately opened a return and wrote a negative review, 100% another scammer! DEAR SCAMMERS/FREEBIES LOVERS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US!!!
