I bought it as a replacement (I had the same one) as the Teflon strip converting the heat strip had failed and on making contact with Food saver, they advised NO spare parts available and No workshop available in the UK (very bad customer service). Unforunately by mistake I threw away the replacement ear buds and packaging. I would be very grateful if I could get a repacent set of the adjustment bits to make it more comfortable. Overall I think they are very good
