When I received the watch, I found out that it was impossible to open the back in order to replace the battery. When I contacted the seller, they said that they knew of this issue but had taken it to a shop the last time I needed but had taken it to a shop the last time I needed to replace the battery. None of this information was included in the description of the item. The seller has refused to accept a return and issue a refund. They have also stopped responding to my messages.
