I very carefully checked the image against this listing to be completely confident that I was buying the right thing. When it arrived, it was not as listed. The seller acknowledged this and confirmed that I would be entitled to a full refund. I pointed out that this was a lot of hassle. He asked what I suggested, I suggested he refund me without requiring a return. The final response from this seller was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. I shall return the item when I have time to get to the PO

We made an error and apologised on numerous occasions. The buyer threatened negative feedback if we did not refund without return. This is the revenge feedback she promised.
