I purchased this Speaker with wireless phone charging, the item was dispatched quickly, BUT when it arrived the box was tatty, maybe a previous return, supposedly new, the item was missing items including the USB cable and instruction booklet, opened a not as described return, but the company kept messaging me to say close the return and they would partial refund, are they real, the item is fairly useless without the cable, never offered to send the missing parts

i bought there product because of the product name in their advertised pictures and description. when i received the item it was not what was described in the advert. i contacted the seller immediately and explained what has happened. the seller has ignored me!! this seller is dishonest and untrustworthy!! do not buy from this seller!! the product was roughly £4, most people would not bother to leave feedback. but iam sick of these confidence tricksters!!
