Very happy with my new office chair! The chair comes fully built which was great (in an enormous box) and ready to go! This is an older style of the Sayl chair and so the arm adjustment mechanism isn’t as good, but I am still very pleased with the chair. Dispatch and delivery from DES was rapid, highly recommend.
