They do not communicate and when it was past the shipping date I requested a refund they sent it off with a bad tracking number.     Excellent toothbrush and great value

    This is my second time buying this type of toothbrush. My husband and I both love how gentle yet effective the bristles are, and the price is amazing for a quality toothbrush. Highly recommend, especially if you have sensitive or sore gums. Really nice product.

    Dr. Collins Perio Toothbrush

    The toothbrush is designed with very fine bristles. That allows for a comfortable, deep reach between the tooth and the gums. Yep. You can ease the bristles down the side of the tooth in the process of flicking out the odds and ends you find there. I've been using the Dr Collins Perio for 10 years. It really has made for cleaner, healthier teeth.

    Great Brush

    Have been using Dr Collins Perio toothbrushes for years. The bristles are soft and shaped so they clean well, but don't stab your gums. I won't buy any other toothbrush!
