Delivered quickly but there was no instruction manual, screws to assemble and a pin to unblock heads was missing. Seller advised they would sent screws but to date nothing arrived. I fixed it myself. Did forward instructions to download manual however I feel all items should have been included in box as advertised as "new". On second use water flowed out the bottom of machine, I took it apart and attached the hose to the internal pump which had came off. It seems to work now. Not best exp..

I have sold many of these without any issues. You could have let me know that the replacement screws did not arrive and I would have done my best to offer a solution like a partial refund, but you never gave me a chance. Please reconsider your negative feedback.
