Your roof is delivered with a comprehensive set of instructions and our experienced technical staff can give you practical advice over the phone.
 
Our streamlined operation means that orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next working day (mainland only)
 
Please make sure all items are in good condition before signing the carriers delivery note, any discrepancies cannot be rectified after. In the unlikely event of damages, any damaged items need to be clearly marked on the drivers manifest, and reported immediately so that replacements can be sent.
 
Please check the amount of items you are signing for, if any items are missing please sign the paperwork accordingly and notify us immediately, any shortages within the order must be notified within 72 hours.
 
Failure to highlight any shortages or damages at the time of delivery will mean that replacements cannot be sent free of charge.
 
We are not liable for any consequential costs that may arise from a failed delivery, however caused.
 
A 10% restocking charge plus carriage costs is payable on any product returns.
 
Free delivery is for the UK mainland only, some deliveries to Islands and Scottish Highlands may incur a further charge.
