I may be being generous with neutral. The "sealed" bag turned up cut, with one of the figures missing. Not immediately obvious, so the seller must not have noticed. When I told him, he seemed understandably suspicious, given a previous order to me went missing in the post. With no way to prove it was like that before sending, I resigned to let it go, just asking he donate at least the proportional cost of the missing figure to charity, which he agreed to. A satisfactory resolution.
