First thing, the seller seems very nice and sent me messages giving me updates up to the shipping. One of the selling points was how close colorful the picture was. While I received a beautiful Opal, it was nowhere near the colors in the picture. I reached out to the seller last week and explained the issue. They said they would contact their warehouse, but never responded. Because the Opal is beautiful, I give this a 3 out of 5.
