Product Information
Matt Lucas and David Walliams have created a multitude of grotesque characters who inhabit little bits mostly grotty Britain. There's Vicky Pollard, the rough, incomprehensible shell-suited teen who almost regrets swapping her baby for a Westlife CD. There's Emily, the manly transvestite who insists she's 'a lady'. There's welsh Dafydd, the out and proud 'only gay in the village' who sports an eye-boggling array of increasingly outrageous outfits. Jason has a cringeworthy crush on his mate's gran, while wheelchair-bound Andy has Lou as his ever-patient helper. Lou is unaware that Andy ably nips out of his chair when it suits him, for example to dive from the top board into the pool. This BAFTA award-winning BBC comedy adapted from the award-winning radio show is wryly and surreally narrated by Tom Baker, but it's Matt Lucas who constantly steals the show.
