    I've had my halogen for a while now, but didn't realise just how much you can do in it! This book is so easy to follow and has some great ideas....egg and toast!!!! Every Halogen Oven owner should have this.

    Excellent to have, all meats cooked quickly in half the time, chicken cooked ripe and crispy. Vegetables with oil, makes excellent roast, bacon is superb, haven't used what it can do yet but excellent. I recommend it and very handy to use. Easily clean to, thaw settings to clean

    I have cooked in an oven most be 60 years now I have a Halogen oven they is no comparison .the halogen is a true god send it is the best think I have bought this decade.Aney body thing of buying one to not go aney were ells but right 👂 . I can not be leave how good it really is you just but what you are cooking on the rack or the base & away you go it is that simple.     Easy to understand

    I bought this book because the instruction book that came with my oven was useless and I must say that I'm glad that I did. It is simple and easy to follow and explains how the oven works and how to get the best from it with lots of tips. The recipes cover every type of cooking from easy snacks to cakes and deserts.I particularly like the vegetarian chapter which has loads of different meat free recipes,something that is not usually included in cookery books. As the cover says it is an everyday family cook book,nothing too fancy but really tasty food. Well worth buying especially if you are new to Halogen oven cooking.

    I don't think the word "compelling" is appropiate. Interesting would suffice.

    The book is interesting for learning how to use the halogen oven and prepare the meals that might interest you. I was just disappointed that it arrived stuffed into an envelope that fitted very tightly and the lower leaves of all the pages had been bent over each other.
