I've contacted this buyer to hopefully retract this review as these are untrue assumptions and wish they could have been resolved prior to a negative review. I had double-wrapped the palette in bubble wrap to reduce the risk of breakage. Powder eyeshadow is very fine and can easily escape out of any small gaps, which is how the powder would have got out. I would never send out a broken eyeshadow palette and as my first negative review i'm am very disappointed... massive shame:(
