Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.
 
Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.
 
The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission. We will resolve and compensate the buyer (if appropriate) once the claim has been dealt with successfully.     Amazing value

    Great headset in terms of sound and the pads are nicely cushioned. I bought two for my kids to be able to follow their school classes online. This is working very well. Only feedback they have given me is that they are a bit tight and can cause some discomfort after a whole day of wearing. But fair enough. For this price however, these are amazing value.

    There are good but perhaps I expected more from Bose!!!!

    These are good god sound but the nouse cancelling is not quite as good as I expected. Maybe I should have gone for full on ear headphones.
