Sadly the original blind was delivered severly damaged, it appeared well packaged but looked like the courier had driven over it - no packaging would have been goid enough, I messaged tge company and 2 working days later I have a new, perfect blind. It is beautiful, material is beautiful and it looks soo good now its fitted. Despite damage, the company was so proactive in rectifying the issue. Very pleased customer. Pleasure doing business. Thank you.

Blind arrived very quickly and exactly to size. Had an issue with the pull cord but customer service was excellent - a new one was sent out and when that got lost in the post, another replacement was quicky sent which sorted the problem and the blind now works fine.
