I ordered a stone and asked for express shipping. He told me to order another stone equivalent to the price of shipping which was 30$. So stupidly I did. He did not send it express he merely tricked me into purchasing another item. It ended up taking three weeks to arrive. Then he promised once it was delivered he would reimburse shipping. He did not. He the only offered to pay 12$. What a scam.
