Very disappointed. Arrived only wrapped in paper and plastic bag. This Google smart speaker was not made for the UK, from some foreign county. At least it came with ugly adapter. It was not mentioned in description. Bluetooth and Radio cuts out. Can’t be bothered contacting the seller to receive lame excuse.

I contacted the seller for a missing part (cable) but instead got a rude answer insisting that the missing item is there. Saying why he should sent the item with missing part. Insisting me that the cable is somewhere around. On the first place I will not bother the seller if all is good. Very vad in communication, would like elevate the issue to ebay. Been using ebay for so long with 100% good feedback for hundreds item. This is my first encounter of such a rude seller. I regret buying.
