The item I received was not 10.2 which is shown on the packet on the seller’s website. I have used this advertised Schwarzkopf product for years, but the dye I received from this seller turned my hair mouse brown/grey. In numerous email exchanges he oscillates between offering a refund and telling me that the item was delayed in the post. Thus he suggests that it has been both delivered and not delivered - both cannot be true. I’d strongly advise using this seller.
