A great service and item arrived in good time along with being very well packed and boxed too, However was slightly disappointed on opening the parcel only to find the batterypack casing was split and also had missing chunks of plastic too! Not an issue for myself as I buy, repair and sell Dysons and have a spare casing but it's definitely worth mentioning things like this in your listing description in the future to avoid disappointment and or customer returns ��
