Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing games from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace our standards of service for Customer Service and Privacy Policy
 
In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Chillout Games.
 
Order Acceptance
 
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have dispatched the order. Orders are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available, and will send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment before shipping if we deem the delivery to be high risk due to a number of factors including (but not limited to) previous loss in post to the same addresss, incomplete address or contact details.
 
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
 
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details or PayPal details and password to anyone, including us, by email. Price & Delivery
 
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. We provide FREE 2nd class delivery on all games and accessories (consoles and bulky items are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel service). Your order should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch (Standard Parcels items 5 working days). NB We do not post to forwarders or mailboxes where it is likely that the order will be sent to a destination outside of the United Kingdom e.g. AddressPal, Aramex, Brother Post, Office 20, Big Box Storage, Parcelmotel etc
 
We may decide to send high value orders using a courier that requires a signature on delivery.
 
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
 
Shortages/Damage: if any items listed on the invoice are not received when the packet is opened or items are damaged on arrival, you must notify us with 48 hours of receipt. Please retain the packaging and make a note of any sign of tampering to assist our investigation.
 
Loss in Post: if your order does not arrive, claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting. Chillout Games has no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 80 days has expired from the date of posting. We advise customers to claim as soon as possible after an event has occurred to enable enquiries to be made promptly.
 
Returns: The eBay returns procedure is the simplest way to return your faulty and unwanted items. New sealed items must have the unopened shrink-wrapping intact. NB When we are charged for return postage and the item is found to be not eligible for return postage, we reserve the right to close your account if you refuse to cover the return postage cost. A significant quantity of non-faulty returns is likely to trigger a review and this review may result in suspension or closure of the buyer account.

    Great gameplay, lots of fun and laughs!

    Well, first of all this is one of the most acclaimed games for the GameCube system (rated #17 in IGN's top 25 GC games of all time). The gameplay is really smooth and one gets used to it in a few minutes, it puts an extra twist on the platform genre by a adding a beat'em up fighting style. Humour plays a lead role in the story so you'll be laughing at the same time you enjoy playing it. I really recommend it.

    A most excellent game.

    I can't believe I missed this when it was first released. I had just pulled out my old Gamecube and needed something new to play on it. Saw this for a fiver and threw caution to the wind. I'm really glad I did too. If you had a snes or the like then this game should be pretty familiar following in the footsteps of Super Mario and Donkey Kong. It's a typical side-scrolling platformer revamped for a next gen console. You play as Joe, who has to rescue his girlfriend from the evil Jadow. Again, if you're familiar with old school platformers then this is pretty standard stuff. Where it gets intresting is the visuals (which are fantastic) and the powers Joe gains along his quest. The game looks beautiful and wouldn't look out of place on a 360 with cel shaded graphics that support the story and ...

    Good Buy would recommend to all gamers who enjoy a bit of gaming nostalgia.

    I bought this game as I wanted to begin collecting Game cube Games & Memorabilia, Having never played this game I wasnt sure what to expect, Its more of a fighting/platform game but as with all the older games they are quite difficult and this one is no exception!! I like to think of myself as quite an accomplished gamer but had some difficulty pretty much from the start so if youre looking for a challenge and a nostalgic gaming experience then I would recommend buying but be warned rookies need not apply, however the game plays well with constant fighting/ puzzle solving, the artwork is beautiful especially considering this game is from the nineties, you have a set number of lives for the duration of the game and can aquire Some additional if youre a good enough player but once its game ...
