Packaged in thin bin bag which was partially open. Inside the dress wrapped in ripped tissue paper and clear plastic bag with a next label sticker, not original packaging. The dress smelt musty and smoky. There were yellow patches on the band of the dress and the fabric had signs of wear where material looked rubbed. Not new dress. Embroidery very poor with lots of loose threads. Seller issued refund but when I returned item claimed dress was fine and missing veil. Complete lie and very rude.
