No, I was charged a total of $20.60 for shipping, $10.60 more than I agreed to pay. Rather than decline my offer MUNSONSTEIN sent me the item, without ever responding to my offer at all. Their response to me -It was me that misunderstood & I should've been sitting, waiting for & watching the amount being charged & stopped it. Too bad for me. Don't trust this seller.
