Headphones purchased based on description and seller ratings. Ad CLEARLY AND POINTEDLY stated “No issues or use showing on the earpads/padding”. Sent photo of item the day it was received with right earpad cover completely seperated. Contacted seller three times to try to rectify, to no avail. Very disappointing.
Condition: poor. Shipping: shipped 4 days after purchase… received 12 days after purchase. Seller communication: rigid (gave them 2 stars for at least answering)

Item was shipped exactly as pictured with no issues. It is a USED item as stated in the listing, not brand new. Buyer requested replacement ear pads as a solution and we are not an electronics supplier with those parts available. Very agitated and rude communication from the buyer.
