Transaction itself was terrible. Poor communication and lack of help when parcel went missing. Had to do all the chasing myself and raise a case with courier. 3 day postage turned into 7 day ball ache. Part itself was as described and has performed as expected.

I don't know why this took so long to be delivered. I did contact the courier company and raised an inquiry about the missing parcel. This is all I can do once the parcel is dispatched.
