Dolls were in good condition as described so very happy with that but packaging was poor (screwed up in a thin Jiffy bag - not great for vintage dolls and luckily they weren’t damaged in transit) and postage was really slow. Seller communication was good when I queried why the dolls hadn’t arrived.

I emailed in a timely manner thoroughly explaining why I was requesting to cancel the order I had good reason and was very honest. For completely ignored and the items was sent anyway, even if they couldn’t cancel it or needed the “£5” I would have understood, but I was completely ignored, it’s just rude behaviour Worst thing is it absolutely stunk, like couldn’t you have thrown it in the wash first before selling?Bad customer service ����
