The mug was as advertised and the price was reasonable. I did not get this item in a timely basis, but I don't think it was the fault of the seller. It was sent USPS to my house, and it took a very long time to get delivered. I was alerted that there was damage to the box. When I got home and looked at the box, it was in bad shape. The sides were pushed in and the tape was coming off. The side of the box was ripped. The mug was packed perfectly and there was no damage I recommend this seller

Easy transaction and seller quick to respond to queries. The only feedback to provide is that the little bag that the earring was wrapped in was labelled ‘925 gold’. The earring was listed as 9ct solid gold - and it is 9ct solid gold -however, the mislabelling on the wrapping may confuse buyers in the future who aren’t able to test their metals at home to confirm what it is they have received. 925 is sterling silver. 375 is 9ct gold :). Postage cost was also a tad high in comparison to Aus Post
