Die Lieferzeit betrug zwei Wochen, die Trackingnummer von Royal Mail war unbrauchbar, weil das Paket erst irgendwo innerhalb Englands verschickt wurde. Das mag ja sein, dass das notwendig ist, um die bereits bezahleten Zollgebühren zu hantieren, aber dieser Prozess sollte besser vom Verkäufer kommuniziert werden.
