Received item on Fri 12th Jan, however one of the pillowcases was faulted. I contacted dovemillonline, and after sending a photo of the fault, I received a replacement pillowcase today, 22nd Jan. I must say that when the first parcel arrived the pillowcases were in the original sealed plastic pack, so it would be difficult to see the fault until the pack was opened. Very happy with the outcome and with dovemillonline's service.
