Once all the internal packing was removed, I then removed the firebricks and the stove was reasonably easy to move around single-handed. I had to adapt my exiting stove-pipe to allow the top vent in the flue outlet to operate. I lit small fires for two days, then a bigger one the following day. Day 3 was a bit smelly. Day 4 no smell and lots of lovely heat! Highly recommended. 5* Brilliant

The packaging was fantastic, packed safely and securely in it's own pallet crate. We didn't have to pay any import duties but were expecting to but it would have only been about £50 anyway. If you want a really good burner from an excellent seller, look no further than here. I will buy from them again.

Also these people are very communicative and provide good customer service. Improvable: Although some parts could be made stronger, such as the hook for locking the door. Overall I would buy it again without any hesitation. PS. Delivered to the UK on the 30/06/2025, I didn't have to pay extra tax or anything related to "customs".

The stove is now plumbed in and working without problems. I have not dealt with this seller before, but would do so again. Tracking it across Europe was interesting, but it arrived two days earlier than expected. Yes, I had to pay import VAT, but that was expected, from the listing details.
