Item sold for the starting bid of 99p, seller did not honour the transaction and refunded two weeks later when I started an EBay "didn't receive it" claim. A contract was established when the listing ended and this person ignored it - there was no communication from them. It would appear that EBay lacks the teeth to enforce sale when a listing doesn't work out as the seller hoped.
