Unfortunately, I received the wrong item (incorrect color.) However, the seller replied within an hour that they apologized for the error, and since they didn't have the color I wanted/ordered still available, they allowed me to keep the item AND fully refunded the purchase. This is superior customer service and I would definitely buy again from this seller.
